I came by on a Friday with a loud exhaust and recieved an honest assessent if my issue. Turns out it was faulty work at another shop, actually work I paid for that was not done apparently. I called ahead received very polite customer service brought my car in and they put it up right away and showed me the issue pointing out where the problem was. I have to go back to the place that did the work but he offered to fix it at a very reasonable rate and did not charge me for his time or diagnosis. Owned and run by a sweet couple the husband does the work and his wife held the light to show us the issue. If my other shop doesn't correct this which they should I will go back here!
