I just recently recently rent and apartment they did an excellent job thanks now I'm a happy tenant !! i do recommend them they have multiple location thru out Takoma Park all great properties

At first, it took 3 phone calls and 2 emails to get a viewing appointment. I was rushed through the apartment. When I asked for a 2nd viewing, I was not called back to schedule. When I submitted my application - as I had liked the apartment - they became very difficult to get on the phone. When I did get the boss on the phone and I told him how shocked I was to actually get to talk to someone, his answer was not apologetic or professional. After a week, I was told the apartment was rented to someone else. Their office is a 2 person operation and as such, one would think they could communicate well at least with each other. This was not the case for my application. Now I'm trying to get my application check back, and the "assistant" said she's not allowed to mail it, but I can come by and pick it up. Which would cost me about $10 in gas and 2 hours of my life, 2 hours I should spend looking at apartments. I asked her to shred it and document it shredded, she said she's not allowed to do that either. Note: They never offered to show me a 2nd apartment, which according to advertising on CL, they have at least two available.
