Q nails is truly the best I've ever been to its worth the wait there a busy place because there that good but I always make an appt n get rite it n I'm a truck driver I've stopped because I couldn't make it home n was very disappointed won't make that mistake again I'm home this weekend and def going in not only the nails but do the eye brows perfect everything they do is to the t if u haven't tryed them I don't care if you live an hr away go I won't ever go anywhere else

I went to the salon to ask the staff about an acrylic french tip design for my daughter's prom night and was met by abusive language and rudeness. The staff told me if I wasn't going to buy I should come back when I was ready to pay. They verbally humiliated me in front of other customers as well. i said perhaps I should come back later but when I tried to speak I was interrupted repeatedly. They did not allow me to explain anything , including price since my daughter is paying for this. They spoke to each other in another language, laughed at me and would not let me ask questions. They told me in a ridiculing manner "I can do you eleven nails! You come back with down payment" I told the man who was verbally abusive that he was being rude. He taunted me as I left the salon. As a teacher from time to time I come across an irate parent but this scene surpassed any unexcusable behavior I have ever witnessed. Since when does ethnicity give someone the right to be rude and abusive?
