In May 2016, I brought my Chrysler Concorde to K & B automotive. My concern was the engine was leaking oil and the car was losing power. BIG MISTAKE!

First: K & B does answer the phone but never returns phone calls. It took two days and 6 calls for them to just look at the car. I'd talk to the owner and she would say they are looking at the car. An hour later; I'd call and the mechanic would say we haven't started. Both the owner and the mechanic would promise they would call me - IT NEVER HAPPENED.

The amount of lying was outrageous.

Second: I asked for the shop to check my tire pressure and battery. NEVER DONE.

Third: Do an oil change - NEVER DONE.

I could go on but I took the car to another shop after they charged me for what I don't know (seriously) and the problem was fixed.

NEVER GO TO K & B AUTOMOTIVE....WORST SHOP EVER.
