Home evolution cut my granite which I have paid $1000.00 deposit to other customers. The whole store staff including the manager Ana said they did not know why this happened and who did this. This is how irresponsible home evolution is. The worse is the manager Ana did not want to give me the unit price of granite. Ana told me she could not give me the price because it’s changing all the time. Ana is dishonest, unreliable and irresponsible.

The kitchen designer John had all my kitchen appliances and yet he did not design a cabinet for my Monogram cooktop. After I informed him this error, he ordered a 36” floor cabinet for my cooktop and told me he would have Tony to modify this cabinet for me cooktop. When the cabinet was delivered to my house, I found no modification has been done and my cooktop could not be installed. He denied he had told me he would request Tony to modify the cabinet to suit me cooktop. He designed a wall cabinet which was too shallow for Monogram Adventium. John did not do his job right and still asked me for an apology. What a bizarre company and rudiculous staff.

Home Evolution did not deliver all my orders in one time. One cabinet door was missing, one cabinet was in wrong size and one cabinet was missing. It took me a few visits to let Home Evolution correct their errors.

Overall, Home Evolution is not professional, confusing, inefficient and untrustworthy.
