Global did a great job with my cabinets and granite counter tops and saved me 25-30%. Our designer, Swapon Das, worked with my wife and me to ensure that we got the kitchen design and features that we wanted and that would work well in our space. Swapon was patient and listened to us to hear what we wanted.



Installation was scheduled to meet our time schedule and was started and finished when promised. I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Our design included a great deal of crown molding, light rail and several other special features and the installation was done very well. During the installation I asked for a few minor changes/enhancements and the workers went out of their way to do what I asked. Most of what I asked for was done without any additional charge.



As with any major construction job there were a few items that needed additional attention. I called a couple items to Globe’s attention and they returned right away to correct them.



Some of the emplyees not fluent in English and communication became a bit of a problem. Global employees seemed to realize this and they went out of their way to be sure that we all instructions were clear before proceeding with any work.

Overall we had a great experience with Global.

I have been rehabbing homes for a while now. I used Global Home when they first opened 5 years ago and they were great. I used them again now in August 2010, and they are terrible. The people that work there speak no English, there scheduling sucks, and the granite they use is ALL defective. They had to make 3 trips to us just to get everything somewhat decent and we are still waiting on them to come back. Why?, because they installed a new pipe in the way of the drawers, so now are cabinet cannot be put back together. Every counter we have is defective, chipped, cracked, etc. STAY AWAY FROM GLOBAL HOME!!!!!!
