. In this day and age of fast paced world, we don’t pay attention to people who have provided an extraordinary service which goes above and beyond what the duties may encompass.
Defyd Healthcare Service employees, really helped me out of a challenging situation, and I’d like to commend both Nurse and Aides and your company/department for the help and guidance I have received.
My mother, who is bed ridden needed to be home for care and in my home. I was completely overwhelmed but DEFYD Healthcare helped me in every aspect.
The administrator called me not once, but several times, to make sure I was getting the answers and also carefully guiding me through the process. Whenever I needed assistance and information, he was available with the answers. He helped me throughout this meticulous process and I am overjoyed to have my mother in my house.
I want to congratulate Defyd Healthcare for having such exceptional employees on your staff, with such vast knowledge and exceptional customer service skills that are very scarce.
