Don't sign a contract with this business! The absolute worse property manager around! Monkeys could do a better job and would be cheaper!

A total rip off! My husband trusted this business to rent out a condo I owned. Red flag #1- any business transactions were done in a shopping center parking lot. Red flag #2- Hired this business to get the condo ready for potential tenants- charged us $600 for a paint job from hell (my 6 yr old could have done a more professional job) and a light cleaning. The only thing cleaned was the stove top. Really wanted to get out of the contract but the owner said it would be $1300. I wasn't going to pay him another cent! I just hoped he would find us a tenant and have the place rented out. He found someone- who paid for a few months, stuck around and didn't pay a dime and eventually left. Luckily, they didn't destroy the place before they left. This company was supposed to do background checks, collect rent payments, and deal with all the legal and logistics of property management. What a JOKE!!!! They didn't even get a rental license for a condo, so it legally wasn't even legit. Oh but the business owner, Mr. Henery collected a $300 fee for eviction proceedings. I don't think he did much in that area either- the tenant left on their own and I doubt he had a legal leg to stand on without the renters license. Eventually when we got rid of property manager we realized that he didn't take care of any aspect of what he said he would. We ended up spending a boat load of money to get things straightened out. He is a liar! I felt like it was one cost after the other and for a horrible job! Don't trust your investment property with this guy! He is a scammer and takes advantage of people! I had a bad vibe from the get go- and I should have gone with my vibe! Words can't explain how angry I am with this "supposed" business.
