Fantastic People! Very knowledgeable about the vacuums and knows what he is doing. Does fast repairs...great job! :))) Thanks for all you've done.

The service is a tad ridiculous. My mother told the repair man's wife that we weren't in big hurry on getting it fixed....that was almost two whole months ago. And he's just now taking it apart to see what's wrong and fix it.

RIDICULOUS!

I mean I get the man was feeling a bit under the weather but they should've had someone else come in and take over instead of making us wait two months just for us to keep trying to get ahold of these people to find out that he's just now getting to our vacuum. Honestly when we go to pick up our vacuum we better get a major discount.
