From start to finish, each person I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy. The salesmen helped me make an informed decision. ( Choosing the right brand of carpet was overwhelming at first.) They knew a tremendous amount about the materials they were selling, and only appeared to sell the best quality carpets and flooring.

When ready to buy, they worked with my schedule. They even allowed me to paint the floors with BINS in between taking out the old carpets and installing the new ones. The installers were friendly, worked fast, and were on time. There prices were competitive. I paid exactly what they quoted me for. There were no hidden costs. The carpets look great in my home. I was very pleased I went with them.

House of Carpets did a wonderful job throughout my entire house. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't charged with the staff right as I walked in the door. They gave me a friendly hello and asked if i was looking for anything in particular and let me browse without feeling pressured. Not only is the staff very helpful, professional and friendly my new house looks absolutely beautiful. I was amazed at the job they have done for me. I get compliments on my carpet and hardwood floors all the time and I recommend them to anyone. Friends of mine that have gone are just as pleased as I was. They have a wide variety and good deals that can't be beat. You will be pleased with the results, I will not go anywhere else for carpet, vinyl, tile, hardwood floors, etc. ever again. You should definitely check them out!
