We recently had a cat of 14 years pass away. It was such a painful thing to go through. It also happened to be the day after Christmas when she passed. I called Northeast Veterinary Services, and right away the technician( I believe her name was Laurie) was outstanding. She was compassionate throughout the entire process. When I arrived, she had all of my paperwork ready, and even came out to take my cat inside so I didn't have to . A week later, I received a thoughtful card in the mail.

As any pet owner knows, the loss of an animal is never easy. I can honestly say with all of my heart that thanks to Northeast Veterinary, the process was so much easier.

Thank you for having such a compassionate staff. There are no words to describe how helpful they are.
