I had a good pair of patent-leather shoes that I bought in Australia. My puppy chewed one of the heals, so all of the material was gone off of it, and the plastic under it was chewed up.
The cobbler repaired the shoe so it looks like new.

I have also had suitcase zippers repaired here and heel replacements.
