problems all around - all started when franklin delivered a "new" can since they said they used one of those trucks with a automated arm. fine - since my previous provider also used those trucks. However, when the can arrived finally, I noticed that it was clearly beaten up and used. there was a nasty odor coming from the can and the lid did not close all they way. Then one afternoon after the truck came by, I noticed that the wheels had fallen off, presumably when the driver had set the can back on the ground after emptying. I proceeded to call the office with no answer. I have been trying for weeks and each time all I get is a answering machine - even during normal business hours. how does this company remain in business when they don't pick up the phone. and what company gives their customers cans that don't even do their job of holding trash properly. - Do yourself a favor read the reviews beforing choosing Franklin as your waste removal provider and save yourself the hassle.

Was OK for a year . Missed pick up too frequently. Customer service is basically not there. Save yourself some trouble dealing all these.

franklin misses pickups frequently or picks up on wrong day. office people never answer the phone and never return messages. when you do get in touch with someone, there is always some excuse - truck broke down, road was closed, excuses!!

Trash not picked up on day scheduled. Driver keeps claiming our Lane is blocked, which is a lie. Although trash is then picked up on another day, Franklin should honor the scheduled pickup day. I asked how to contact the driver's supervisor or owner, and Cathy A. Goetz claims she was the supervisor and owner of the company and would not let me speak to anybody else.

Stick with Republic! Signed up with Franklin. They delivered a can that was clearly dirty and used. Also, unlike republic, Franklin refuses to pick up anything outside of their can, even if you rarely have extra bags/items. Save yourself time and avoid.

Office is extremely rude and not responsive to customer concerns. Quick to blame customer. Do not be fool by low rates!!! Go with another company.

Excellent service, no nickel dine charges for fuel, taxes, fees etc. The invoice is the same as the price quoted and at a price lower then I was formerly paying. Add to that someone answers the phone when I called, no endless menus to scroll thru. I highly recommend Franklin Waste Service.

This company SUCKS!!! Sure they are cheap but the woman who answers the phone is rude and nasty and hangs up on you. Constantly late or miss the pick up altogether. I complained on their facebook page and they cancelled our service. We were leaving them anyway so ha ha ha. Their loss!

avoid this company. poor customer service and very rude. frequently miss pickups. trash cans provided are old. prices may be lower than other companies but you get what you pay for!

This trash company should stay at the dump! They are rude incompetent and do nothing but make excuses for why they aren't DOING THEIR JOB! picking up your trash. and if you call to complain chances ares they will curse you out .scum bags if I could put 0 starts I would

Do not use this company! Very unprofessional. They skip garbage collection and when you call them to ask, they flip out and hang up on you. We have canceled our service and they have yet to refund us the money. They are overall the worst company to deal with!

Do not use this company. A small company with no oversight on their employees rude behavior. I called to complain about some items that were not picked up during my regular trash pick up. They scolded me as to why I was worried about items being picked up right after a hurricane (Sandy) hit and then told me I should pick another garbage colletion company then hung up on me. I called back and told them to cancel my account and they then used vulgar language and then hung up on me again. This conduct came from the office manager. Don't waste your time with this company. Very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

This company charges you money and they don't ever pick up your garbage! You can leave it out from the night before and then they say they didn't see it even if it is directly on the curb! On holidays they send you a paper that says what days they will pick up and they don't ever show on those new days! The person who answers the phone "Kathy" is rude and not professional at all! Don't wast your money on this company!
