They removed a tree from the back but damaged the siding and gutter. When we came home it was there. When we called they were so surprised. Only wanted to patch and we now have siding that we can see had a problem. They haven't fixed the gutter yet but they want are money without any discount for their bad service and work

This company is great ! I had a huge part of a tree in my yard fall on the roof of my home in Lagrange Park. I was desperate, to say the least. What a pleasant surprise to actually get a "person" when I called on a Sunday (June 15, it was Father's Day on top of it) I spoke to Joan Winkler whose pleasant and calming demeanor reassured me things would be ok. Vince Winkler got a crew out immediately. A few hours later, the job was finished and I was able to function normally again. The personal attention was something not usually found in some service industries. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

My neighbor used this company to remove the tree on their front lawn. The workers were extremely sloppy with the work. My drive way is several feet from the area that Winkler's employees were working in. Although, I was home at the time, no one attempted to contact me to move my car. This Winkler's crew was extremely inconciderate and did not properly clean up the mess they made from the tree removal.



After the tree was removed, I noticed that they started to clean up the area. Shortly after they began the clean up, they were gone. I couldn't believe they were gone so soon! There was a mess everywhere - especially on my property. They apparently cleaned up their clients driveway. I suppose that since I was not their client, they didn't feel the need to clean by drive way or the mess they left on my lawn and my car.



I immediately looked up the phone # for Winkler's to contact a representative. I was hoping that I they would come back to clean up the mess that they made. I attempted to contact them for months. I usually got voicemail and on two occassions I spoke with a person. Of course,they couldn't do anything about it; however, I was told that the owner would contact me. This never happened. I found the address to Winkler's business location and drove out thier on two occassions. The first time, I could not find a person to speak with (during business hours). The second time, I was told again that the owner will contact me. I was NEVER contacted by a representative from Winkler's to resolve this issue.



This is a very unprofessional company and do not recommend doing business with them. It took a long time to remove the saw dust from the INSIDE of my car and trunk, let alone my driveway and lawn.
