The latest destination shopping center on Long Island is the Bellport Outlets in Bellport, NY. The outlets are part of the vision of Sunrise Station LLC, who took ownership of the factory outlet mall in the early 2000s. Sunrise Station LLC was able to re-design Bellport Outlets as a premier shopping center for some of the more savvy shoppers on Long Island. The renaissance at the Bellport Outlets is still ongoing.
