We participate in a variety of insurance plans and HMO's. To assist in payment, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks. We are also a Medicare Provider and will be glad to file Medicare claims for eligible patients.

Provided by YP.comDr. Fallon has been treating my family for years and is great! A couple times we were also treated by some of the other doctors when Dr. Fallon was on vacation and they were just as knowledgeable and professional. Everyone on the staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease. And their new facility is wonderful! I highly recomend Livingston Podiatry Institute.
