Terrible company that does not stand behind their work. they installed my heater incorrectly initially and upon failure and replacement of parts, neglected to do the slightest bit of preventative maintenance. now, I have replaced very expensive parts for the second time and the owner will not even own up to making a mistake. Word of warning, you better become an expert on whatever it is they are installing so you can protect yourself later down the line and avoid very costly repairs.

Great service & very economical

Our heater broke last week. We had a company come out last week to check it out, they told us we had to replace our whole system. Our good friend recommended we let johns AC& heat check it out first! I'm SO glad we did they replaced a part and it's been working great ever since! Saved us a lot of money and the service was great!

Great and fast service for the best price I could find. I called whole bunch of companies to get pricing and Johns was the fairest. Pluse they came out the same day, a Saturday. I usually dont review things but these other reviews are crazy...I told my neighbor to try them out and they are just as happy.

Please if you buy anything from company, please get it in writing on what system and where you want it. This company offers great pricing, but you get what you pay for. Customer Service Manage (CSM) is terrible. This company lied and delay service on several occasion. The heating went one week after it was installed in September 2010 however repaired. In December it happen again. Now it’s the summer of 2011 and the A/C went and Johns said it was the 10-month old compressor and it took 5 days to repair the A/C with kids under 10 completely unacceptable. Plus, John the Owner/ salesmen and the Technician will not call you back just the office staff. Then they have the nerve to want to charge me for a service charge. Remember this company may seem as the right fit for you, but think and check everything and everyone again!!!

The WORST!! Replaced My Fathe...

The WORST!! Replaced My Fathers AC and put the unit in Backwards so the water ran away from drain! Flooded the attic and sheetrock! Unit was installed Backwards so coils ran wrong way also to cause power bill to use Way more energy! Every time called on the issue they just duct taped and siliconed for four years! Kept telling my father it was fixed! Never installed the return VENT! So it pulled in air from HOT Attic Not House! My Fathers Hard Wood Floors are Warped! The Sheet rock all had to be Replaced! Found mold that had to be treated from his POS Work! If my father could find his receipt. I would have sued this Excuse for a Heat and AC Company! DO NOT USE!

I was referred to John's from a friend of mine and I couldn't be happier with the service. I recently had a complete Goodman Heating and Air conditioning system installed and not only was the install professional and precise but the workers themselves really go over the top with cleanliness and personality. They laid rugs down not to track any dirt in on my floors (which I just had re-done) and they really took the time to explain the systems and how they operate and function, literally they taught me how to use the thermostat lol! The one thing that didn't seem right was the price! Of all the estimates we received John's price blew the rest out of the water and their salesman was very friendly. If your looking for top quality service at a rock bottom price call John's, I guess ill have to keep the referral trend going! Thanks John's !

Couldn't be happier!!!!

After having Johns AC & Heat service my heater and air conditioner for many years they were among the many contractors i recieved quotes from to upgrade to a high efficiency system this year. With the great price i got and the wonderful service in the past it was a no brainer to give them my business. My new system was installed and up and running in one day. Thanks again to the entire staff and crew that took care of me. Look forward to many more years of reliable business!

Heat & a/c installation

I had a Whirlpool 96% furnace & 18.0 seer a/c system installed in my home by John,s and could not be more pleased in Nov 2010. They even put rug runners from my door to the basement! Work quality was very good & the two men that did the job in one day were also very pleasant. We chose John,s after our neighbor referred them. A very fair price for an excellent job

WARNING WARNING I chose John's A-C & Heat Inc. to replace my furnace, install new AC and duct work. Do not use this contractor, unless you want the fast food service of heating and air. Let me say they are fast as the say on the website (johnsac.com) in and out in one day, but there is a reason for it. They will leave things loose, forget to install some screws, install hangers but never install the screws to hang them. There quality of duct work is very poor and cheep. It leaks at every connection. Even where they sealed joints with silicone, it is globed on and still leaking. They hacked into my floors, for vents, over cutting their holes. I have a gap in the floor of my kitchen where the diffuser ends and the floor begins. I call with my displeasure, and John said they wouldn't leave me hanging and would fix what I wasn't happy with. They couldn't come out till four days later. They didn't show up on time, so they didn't repair anything. And now have not called in over nine days. Now I have to call again, for the same reason. Don't be confused, they have many locations. If you are looking at the website that is above, be sure you will have the same problems I did. I payed 7000 dollars, and got crappy service.
