We recently had a horrible experience with this business. There customer service topped the worst I have ever experienced. On top of being late to the initial appointment by 2 hours without being contacted and standing on my granite counter top with shoes on, the paint they used on my front door started peeling after just one week, they left streaks all on throughout my ceiling, ruined our curtains, got paint on our chandelier and all over the side of our house. They reluctantly attempted to clean the damage but in doing so accused us of wanting free services. Furthermore, they attempted to fix the door on three separate occasions and it is still peeling. Our house was clearly an experiment for their painters. They refuse to fix horrific paint jobs and have tried to use blackmail to prevent me from posting negative reviews online stating they would only try and fix the jobs if I wouldn't post an honest review. I've been called a liar and other disrespectful names by the owner, Ingrid because of my honesty. She continually stands by the work of her company, but refuses to see the paint job herself saying she's only an office manager and our house is "too far." Save yourself the hassle and money dealing with an unethical business and shop somewhere else.
