John will fix it or tell you it's fried! Whether malware, update that screwed up your fingerprint reader, computer login, or hardrive recovery he'll get it done for you. Some things he can do for minimum of cost and others things cost $$ (time). He's also a good source for "possible" error messages, but don't waste much of his time without compensation. He's ok and honest!
