I'm giving 2 stars because was nice. First let me start off by saying that if you have ever had to deal with bed bugs it is a traumatic experience. I am a single parent to a 8 month child and my concern is making sure that he doesnt get bitten. I felt like I did my due diligence in choosing an exterminator; read reviews, searched for his license on the structural pest control board. I called Issac the morning of 08/19/15 he worked around my schedule and came out that evening. He said that the infestation was early on and that it should be easily treated. he said he could come exterminate the next day. I thought it was odd that he gave me no prepping instructions other than removing my bedding but he's the professional so I didnt question it too much especially since he said that if I continued to get bitten after the spraying that he would come back out and spray again that gave me an extra since of confidence in hiring him. He explained the process saying he would let off foggers to bring them out and will spray at the same time then he would dust all electrical sockets. he scheduled me for my first treatment for 11am on 08/20 he actually got there 20min early which I was pleased with. He was done before noon which i thought was fast. Since the first treatment I have been bitten at least 15 times and even sent his pictures of the some of the bites. Previous to me hiring him he mentioned that he would be leaving town the night he sprayed but would be back on Sunday 08/23 which turned into him returning on 08/25. I contacted him on 08/24 to get him to come back but it went from oh it'll be no problem to come back out to now I have to check to make sure its safe. Looking back there are things that would have been considered red flags like the fact that there was no prep plan or the fact that there was 2 windows open when I got back home when he emphasized that all the windows needed to be closed. Had he sprayed my house top to bottom as he promised then he would have noticed that the windows were opened. I also noticed that appliances were still plugged with no evidence of anything being spray/ dusted on them. I called him this morning again but no answer. I'm disappointed that the job seemed to be rushed and now I'm having a hard time getting him to come back out. If this matter can be resolved I will be more than happy to revise my review but as of now I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
