Provided by SuperpagesFrustrating place. If you don't get ahold of the front desk whixh is quite frequent they'll try to get back to you before close of next day. Really need to pay close attention to who they bill for services if your on L&I they still tend to bill your personal insurance even after being told and given all the paperwork for a L&i claim. Really wonder if they are billing both. Therapists are nice and seem to know there jobs. But whoever does the billing needs to pay attention
