I'm a loyal customer to your store. I shop there almost everyday because I live close. I've never had any problems in the past until last night. I went in for a late night snack. There was a new guy who rang me up who I had never seen before, his name was Scott (apparently a Service Manager). He didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was standing in front of him, not even once! He went on chit chatting with another checker named Stephanie (who was just standing there, laughing). He didn't greet me, didn't ask me if I was going to use my advantage card, didn't tell me what my total amount was and didn't even thank me for shopping at the store. So, I was aggravated and said, "You have a great night too, sir!" He went on with his chit chatting with Stephanie as if nothing happened. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service I experienced.
