I give them 5 stars because they are good at what they do.
There are some bad reviews due to price of shipping, but there are ways to ship that don't cost anything more.

Their PO Boxes are reasonable and I am secure in the knowledge that any incoming packages or mail will be signed for and secure until I can pick them up.

Yes they do charge more that face for stamps. The post office doesn't give them a discount. And yes UPS and FedEx outbound packages cost, but those companies charge them to do the pickup.

Yes you can get a better rate going to a UPS Store or a FedEx Store, but they are out of the way and it costs time and gas to get there.
When was the last time you paid face value for concert tickets? I bet never. Think of it as a convenience charge.

If you want the best rate, Ship USPS,purchase the label on-line and drop it off.
USPS packages are free to drop off. The post office doesn't charge them to pick up.

If you are too lazy to do that or to lazy to go out of your way to drop packages off, you need to pay someone to take the time to service you.

The also can pack things for you and provide copy service and make keys for you.

Inbound or outbound I have never lost mail or packages in 15 years.
In contrast I have had both mail and packages stolen from my house.

You will end up paying twice what you need to, often for a slower service. For USPS, they only offer the most expensive service. To ship a 6-lb package to NY, it will cost you over $31 via USPS and $28 via FedEx Ground according to their rates. Save yourself time and money. Skip this place and go to your local post office. There is still one in Crossroads Mall at 15731 NE 8th St and another in downtown Bellevue at 1171 Bellevue Way NE.
