I am writing to thank you for a job well done. The salesman that came out appeared, by far, the most competent of the competing sales people. The installers were hard working, very pleasant and accommodating throughout the day. I will recommend Fireside Hearth & Home to anyone wanting a new insert in their home.

My dad is becoming 91 years old. He mentioned that everyone was very professional in their work; efficient, flexible, tidy, prompt and on time with good communication on appointments. Your salesman came out to my rental house knowing that I had been told my furnace was 25 to 30 years old. He saw the soot on the walls and knew my tenants were living in a cold house.
