Wayne never showed up for our consultation at the Bellevue showroom as we had previously agreed over email. When I called him from the showroom asking about our appointment it was clear he had forgotten my name. After a moment of scrambling he claimed he had double-booked me and another client and was heading in the opposite direction. Either the other client was offering more business than I was or his car was incapable of pulling a U-turn.
