I took my sweet cat in today to have his Lion's Cut refreshed. I gave directions when I dropped him off. They butchered him, cut off the LION'S MANE, and didn't bother to blend the fur on his legs. and he is full of dander - was supposed to be shampooed.



When I complained when I picked him up - the BXXXH who cut his hair took no responsibility and tried to put blame on me. REALLY??? I hope a vet or caretaker messes up one of her pets - she needs reminded of what it is to LOVE AND CARE FOR YOUR PET MEANS. It does not mean messing up his cut, giving a ridiculous hair cut - and calling it a LION'S CUT.



Seriously, this shop should fire her or go out of business.

Plus - He came home full of Dander. I called her when I got home. She should have shampooed him again - that is, if she did it at all. So Furious right now.

This business is the best I have found. Very pleasant, and willing to get you in on short noticed whenever possible. I have taken my dog there monthly for teeth brushing and toe clipping. This is the only place my little dog will allow to be touched. I have had my cat groomed there twice and again it is the only place my cat is relaxed.



I would recommend this salon to anyone.
