Thank you Beacon plumbing for everything you did in helping fix my backed up toilets! I will refer you often as well as use your service again.

Don't do business with Beacon Plumbing! They replaced a high-limit switch on my gas furnace and charged me $307, plus a $100 service charge.. It took one minute to remove two screws and plug it in, and I found out later that the part costs less than $20. When I contacted them about the inflated charge their reply was "we don't work by time and material and use flat-rate pricing". I forgot to mention that the Better Business Bureau has them rated a C- for 69 complaints filed against them in the past three years. Make that 70 complaints

Beacon will come out with a smooth talking salesperson to tell you it will cost hundreds for a simple job and less than an hours worth of work. I had them come out to unclog my drain and they charged me $453 for only 15 mins of work?!? What a ripoff, when I agreed I thought he'd work at least a couple of hours. Never will I do business with them again, what a total rip off! I guess someone's gotta pay for all their advertising!

My landlord hired Beacon Plumbing to fix our plumbing issue. The plumber figured out the problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. He went to take care of the paperwork with my landlord and then just left! I went and looked in my bathroom, the top of the toilet was off, the old parts and empty part boxes were strewn all over my bathroom! He made no effort to clean up or put anything back how it was! He didn't put the crawl space door back and was just very unpersonable. Yes, the problem is fixed but as far as customer service? Terrible. I called Beacon afterwards and told them the situation and a gentleman took my name and number, said he would take care of it and never called me back, no one ever came back to clean it up, NOTHING!

After all the rain we had last fall & winter, we were scarred about our sewer. We clogged several time & were able to fix it but knew we need someone to help. Stop Freakin's ads are great. We pulled out our tacoma phone book & there they were on the back. They came out & fixed our sewer in 2 days. Thanks to Beacon we were back in business. We have since upgraded our water heater & are getting ready to have all new cooper put in to replace the aging & dripping galvanized pipes. Thanks Again Beacon. We have stopped Freakin!!!
