I called to find out 2 things and to save a trip and the gas. My questions: What type/brand of asparagus and whether a particular hot pepper had arrived. The female advised me she would have to go find out and it would take a while, then she said 'if we still have any asparagus, but I would have to check, but its the purple one'. For a nursery to tell a customer 'the purple one' and not know or understand a callers request was disheartening. This did not convince me that this is a good source for my gardening needs. I specifically wanted to know (and asked) if they had the Jersey Giant. I was placed on hold and then advised the plants are male. Growing asparagus is, hopefully a 20 year venture and for the nursery personnel not to know or answer your specific question is not good gardening! Oh, and for the specific hot pepper in question, Thai Dragon... they don't know if they will get any. I bought them there last year and 3 of the 4 I bought were mislabeled. I ended up with ornamental peppers.

Staff customer service was outstanding, great selection and reasonably priced. All that we planted looks great! I would recommend them to everybody!

The people here are very friendly and happy to answere any questions. Going back again tomorrow for more mulch.
