I came home to water running out of my ceiling from an ice dam on my roof. I called Pat at SERVPRO of Sarpy County and he was there in less than 30 minutes to assess the problem and help minimize the damage. He had me call my insurance and came back later to cleanup. The insurance guy was happy that I had much less damage because SERVPRO came right out to help and my house was back together faster too.Since then, they have restored carpets in a rental that were too gross to walk on before they showed up, saving me hundreds of dollars to replace them.I have also had them out to clean animal smell out of another house.Every time, they have been honest and hard working. I wish every company I do business with was as good as these guys.

TERRIBLE! Our sump pump failed, flooding our basement. Serv Pro came to our home removed bags of wet, moldy clothing, vacuum, steam cleaner and did a condensation evaluation. Jake and Alex (conveniently no longer employed by the company) were claiming they did not go into the basement and didn't remove the other items when 3 people witnessed this. They ''lost'' the invoice and the manager Rob gave our insurance company incorrect information and now has changed their story (only after speaking with one technician) that they did indeed go into the basement but claim they never removed the items in dispute. After no help in resolving this and the manager laughing at my wife we are now forced to utilize law enforcement and attorneys in hopes of getting the items covered. This is a company who has dishonest technicians with a manager that is terrible in customer service. The owner ''Pat'' thinks resolving this is telling our insurance company that the technicians denied removing the items which has clearly been done by both him and his awful management. One technician is no longer employed (do NOT blame him after what we have seen) and the owner refuses to contact him or allow us to contact the terminated employee and conveniently left the employees terminated status out of the conversation with insurance. Its frustrating that a manager and owner is able to speak for an employee who was terminated?!?! Not to mention insurance refuses to believe the witnesses and would rather just take the contracted companies (one employee! 2 were in our home!!) The conflicting stories by management and the dishonesty by the technician with no means to speak to the other terminated employee have left us arguing with the insurance company with NO help from Serv Pro. Of course the insurance company is content denying the items to avoid payment and refuses to obtain a statement from the terminated employee. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I have NEVER seen such hard working, honest, and thorough workers as the people from Servpro of Sarpy County. They promised - They delivered! Upfront with the estimate, worked great with our insurance company. I would recommend this business to anyone who is feeling the loss due to water damage - even my insurance company - USAA - recommended them! Extremely pleased. A HUGE thank you to BOB - that man works circles around kids half his age.... and does it with a smile and a thank you! I hope to never HAVE to use them again, but it's a great peace of mind knowing they are out there! Give this business some business! You won't regret it!! Ask for BOB! :)

I can't say enough or THANK them enough for their timely response and professionalism. I will be sure to recommend SERVPRO of Sarpy County to friends, family and clients that are unfortunate enough to experience a water damage. What a stressful situation and SERVPRO of Sarpy County took control and truly made it "Like it never even happened." THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

A situation such as having a fire in your home makes for a difficult situation. There are so many emotions, doubts, and uncertainly that comes with working through this tragedy. This has been one of the hardest situations that I have had to deal with in my life. I have worked with many different agencies through my work and personal life. I would have to say the professionals at SERVPRO of Sarpy County have made this experience the “best” worse experience I have ever been through. My insurance company referred me to SERVPRO of Sarpy County. Within five minutes of talking to my insurance agent, I received a call from Scott and set up a time to meet with the SERVPRO of Sarpy County agent to look at the fire damage. During this process, I never felt degraded or belittled. Every employee and technician that I encountered with SERVPRO of Sarpy County was respectful, kind, patient, and flexible. After having some medical issues and having to suddenly go into the hospital, ServPro of Sarpy County was right there to clean my carpets and restore my room as if nothing had happened. I came home from the hospital expecting to find remnents of the events and found nothing of the sort!!! I was very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend them!!!Liz H. Bellevue NE

In late March the apartment building I was living in caught fire. There was quite a lot of damage to the building and the contents so I and the other tenants could not re-enter the building for 5 days until the structure was made safe. Not knowing what to expect I called Servpro of Sarpy County and Pat Nosal met me at the apartment to walk through it with me and my insurance adjuster. My apartment had a lot of water and smoke damage. Pat was awesome! He explained what could be saved and cleaned and how Servpro would do that. Once I found a new place to move into Servpro delivered my furniture and belongings. Everything was clean and smelled wonderful. They took great care in wrapping each item and packaging it for a safe return. My kids were also amazed at how some of their favorite toys were brought back in better condition then before the fire! I found every person that I talked to at Servpro to be very kind and professional. Such a tragic event doesn't have to be so painful
