We hired Seal Tech in 2008, and they put in foam at that time. We're renovating now in 2019, and we've discovered that the foam they installed has shrunken drastically in the last 10+ years, and so has been providing much less insulation than we thought we were paying for. We've also learned that parts of the house they said they couldn't insulate could in fact have been done then. We wouldn't hire them again.
