My transmission went out on my MiniVan. could not find a replacement or repair within my budget anywhere, till I called Randy. The lovely lady that works there got busy on the phone and found one and with the labor of taking out the old one and putting in the replacement was under what I could pay. I paid 1/2 up front and the rest when work was completed (cash). My intent was to sell the van, but it runs so good, I am still driving it a year later and it now has over 200 thousand miles... I am a very happy customer and recommend Randy's shop, but only if you're honest with him and treat them right!

Great shop! Car was ready when promised, service was performed as described, and I haven't had any problems since. Looks like any transmission shop that I've seen before, not like any Midas or Tuffy-type chain. Didn't try to steer me to anything I didn't need or do anything I didn't want, either. Highly recommend for transmission service. So the counter clerk doesn't act like a jewelry salesperson - I'm not there to buy a diamond. I just want my car fixed.

I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM TO DO ANY WORK ON MY VEHICLES. RANDY IS A GREAT MECHANIC BUT THE WOMAN HE HAS RUNNING HIS OFFICE IS A CROOK. SHE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR WORK THAT THEY NEVER DID OR AN AMOUNT THAT IS HUNDREDS OFF WHAT THE ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS. THEN WHEN YOU GO AND PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE SHE SLAPS YOU WITH A HUGE BILL AND WON'T LET YOU HAVE YOUR CAR UNTIL THE BILL IS PAID. I DON'T KNOW HOW ANYONE CAN RUN A business LET ALONE SLEEP AT NIGHT BEING THIS DISHONEST.
