I wish I could give them a better rating because they definitely did some good work for me. But in the end there was a bizarre experience where a roller bearing--about 1/16 to 1/8 inch diameter--was in one of cylinders & making a racket to raise the dead. I promise, this made me very sad--this attempt to snooker me into an overhaul--because I came to like Mike & his wife & son. I hate to generalize, but there are some sketchy people in the hotrod business, just as there are in mine (construction). Bummer.

Told me in June would take my car in for a complete paint job in October. Confirmed 3 times. The day before said he had to pass because he got a bigger job. Mike is NOT a man of his word and you definitely don't want a liar working on anything worth as much as a car.

Don't go there. He is interested in the quick buck repairs and not interested in jobs that may take more time. Said he would contact us when he is ready to do it and when that time passed I finally called and he said exactly what I said previously, that he is only interested in the quick buck repairs that he can make the most money fast. I'm really disappointed in him. I thought I was dealing with a professional. It turns out I was dealing with someone who is only interested in the money side of things.

I had a 9 month old car that was hit in a parking lot of a shopping center. I got a quote of $1,600. From the insurance inspection. We had no deductible so no big deal. When Mike Bach got it. in the the shop he saw that what appeared to be. really bad scrapes were just on the surface and. had not even gone into the paint. He did some. machine buffing and showed me the. improvement. He then asked me if I wanted. them. to go ahead with the original repair. ordered by Allstate or just let them buff out the. marks and cancel the accident claim with my. iinsurance. I opted for the buffing for which they only charged $50.00, well worth saving a claim from being filed against my policy. And by the way, my car still shines and looks brand new, you cannot tell it was ever even hit. I will go to them for all my autobody needs in the future as they have superior customer service and have shown great integrity, which is a rare commodity these days. And they do fantastic work fast. Highly recomend
