THE OWNER WADE IS A LIAR AND DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH FIXING HIS APPLIANCES ONCE THEY ARE SOLD. I completely agree with all the other HORRIBLE reviews. This is the third time I have bought appliances from Midwest Appliance and I have had pretty good luck/service with the other two purchases (washer/dryer). However, this time around I bought a new side by side fridge and gas stove. The stove was not connected/hooked up correctly so they sent another repair tech out. My house smells like gas everytime I use and preheat the oven. And, who delivers a stove WITHOUT KNOBS!! Wade PROMISED me that he ordered the knobs and they would be sent directly to my house....never received them. When I called to ask about the knobs Wade is very rude and says he doesn't remember my purchase, blah blah...so ladies and gentlemen, I am left with a stove missing two knobs. It looks tacky and is a nuisance.

!!!!!!! BEWARE !!!!!!!!I purchased a washer and dryer from this place without reading reviews and I wish I had before I purchased. This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service in my life. I paid money up front and paid the balance over the phone the day of delivery which was two days later. The very same day I tried to wash I noticed the clothes were still extremely wet after spin cycle. I Immediately called Dale the very next day to inform him of this and he told me he could not get a repair guy to come fix it for a week. he did not try to make any arrangements to try to get me seen sooner, and he was extremely rude with an attitude. He told me Saturday the repair guy would be there from 2-4. I waited the whole day for him to come, I did not receive a call or anything complete silence. I called an left a message. Come Monday I called again left a message and Dale called me back said that he would send the guy out Tuesday, he did not care about making arrangements for my work schedule, but I took off anyway to meet the repair guy. He also asked me if I paid the $100 because he don't recall me paying and I informed him I paid over the phone with him. Like really your going to deliver without a full payment come on now. The repair guy came and he informed me that the transmission was bad, he also informed me that he worked Saturday and his boss Dale never told him to come assist me with my issues that that very day is when he had first heard of my issues. He changed the transmission and spent the washer with water in it, I asked him could i put a small load in to make sure it washed properly he said he didn't have time for that and assured me it would work fine. as soon as he left i put a load in and instead of my clothes actually washing it just twirled around the agitator, there was no actual wash just a twirl and now it made a really loud noise. I immediately called the shop and was hung up on, called again and left a message with the noise in background so that they could hear. Next day did not receive a call back i call about four times before someone answered. When dale answered he argued back and forth with me and told me his repair guy fixed it and basically i broke it is what he was telling me, got rude again and hung up on me. All I wanted was a working product that's all, and that's what i told him. I would never recommend anyone to ever purchase from this company. I was better off going to Heavenly appliance in Washington Park Il. May not be a good area but the give good customer service. I wish i would have gone to them i regret going to this place. And sad thing about it they wont give me my refund. i may have to involve my Aunt who is an attorney and take this to small claims court if this issue is not resolved. So now i have to take off Friday early from work so that he can bring me another washer or so he says. and this will be a to be continued.......... BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
