I needed to have Alpha Sewer come out and clean out some tree roots in my sewer line. Rick & Todd arrived on time and were fast and efficient. They gave me some good advice which I will utilize. I highly recommend Alpha Sewer. Ron Frauenfelder

Terrible, caused more damage than they helped then blamed me for their mistake. Did not stand by their work. Also says accredited by the BBB, according to the BBB they are not.

Always good personable worker. Showed me what had been blocking the sewer. Cheapest price. And a discount for cash payment.

Showed up and within 20 minutes I had no water. Owner called me and blamed me then lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint against them. Will not stand by their work and ended up costing me more to fix their mistake.

Came quickly, was Curtious & Professional.

Found one leak, repaired & rechecked, found another leak, repaired and rechecked, Repaired 3rd leak & Confirmed repairs!

ALL at a fair price.

Alpha was fantastic. They were referred to me by another plumbing company who couldn't handle or even try to diagnose the problem. Even though it wasn't a quick fix they stayed with it until it was done through the course of a few days. They took our multiple calls and didn't seem as if we were bothering them, they were quick in responding and always showed up when they promised. Alpha was reasonably priced and best of all fixed the problem.

A friend of mine recommended Alpha. After coming back from holiday, I found a leak. The problem was so small and easily fixed (I felt so stupid) - they didn't even charge me. Excellent!

I had to call someone else to finish the job they messed up on. Call someone else for your plumbing needs as they are not reliable at all.

Dennis runs a great business. He gets to my problems promptly and is very reasonably priced. I would trust his judgement on any sewer issue and he never tries to do unnecessary services just to raise the cost. He is honest and trustworthy. I have used him for years to take care of my home and rental properties.

I called this company this morning because my sewer was backing up. They were here within and hour and finished in no time. The price was extremely reasonable, the gentlemen who came out were courteous and helpful. I will absolutely use their services again and recommend them to friends.
