Welcome to Continental Courts We have been providing a beautiful rural atmosphere for singles, newlyweds, young families, empty nesters and retirees for more than 30 years. With more than 400 manufactured homes, we are continually updating the community by removing older homes, and replacing them with new doublewide manufactured homes. Continental Courts is a leased property community. The monthly rent includes a spacious lot, paved roads, lighted streets, refuse pick-up and sewer. Each home is individually metered for water usage and water is billed quarterly. We are located off State Route 550 in Benner Township, Centre County. Continental Courts is just five miles from historical Bellefonte and five miles from downtown State College and Penn State University, home of the Nittany Lions. This community lies within the Bellefonte Area School District. We are also within close proximity to I-99, the Nittany Mall and many convenient shopping centers.
