I took my 16 year old dog to get shaved for the first time in a while. They threw in some free shampoo and cUT the cost by classifying her as another dog (she's a mut) they were friendly and very good to my old girl. Facility was nice and clean. Would recommend.

I didn't even make it to the shop to have my dogs groomed. I made my appointment on Tuesday for the following Monday. She told me she had to call the vets and make sure my dogs had their shots. I didn't hear back from her so I assumed everything was fine. So I got off work this morning and didn't go to sleep so I wouldn't miss my 10AM appointment. My puppies and I are in the truck by 9:45. No sooner than I start the truck, she calls me. She says that the vets couldn't find the shot records (which they both have been vaccinated, don't know what the deal is with that; definitely need to do some additional digging there) and that she couldn't groom my dogs. Now the problem isn't that she couldn't groom them, I understood that and it was fine. The problem is that she waited 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to call me and inform me of this when she had almost an entire week to call, get that information and then relay the message to me so I could fix it. Kinda angry.
