Thanks to the guys at 'Reppert' / 'Appliance Part Doctor' I was able to replace a (discontinued and "unavailable") broken glass stove-top (on a Jenn-Air convection oven) in near record time, at a very fair price.............



Long Story Short: I accidentally broke my customers' stove top when I was working on the vent above... The top's discontinued and unavailable... Reppert has what might well be the only matching top available on the continent. (A Sears repair guy, in Arizona, finds it on-line for me; another unsung hero.).. And rather than jack the price, they bend over backwards to get it to me (in Guelph, Ontario, Canada) asap... And It's a perfect fit!!!!!!! The price was more than fair. (Less than half of what Jenn-air had it listed for.)

ps: (1) not sure what happened with 'Kev211p', but the guys I dealt with (Harry, Kevin, and John) were top-notch. (Absolute saviours.... rather than trying to squeeze me for more, they actually gave me a break on the express 2 day shipping costs.)

Do not buy from reppert appliance, we bought a stove for the firehouse and it did not work, We tried to take it back and they would not honor there 30 day warranty. They charged us a 25% restocking fee and they kept the tax we paid on it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
