Not sure about Paula’s situation a few years ago but it is under new ownership and the current owner is upfront with pricing and is more accommodating than any garage I have come across in decades.

First off, let me say that this business is recently under new ownership!! Tyler was more then helpful and informative with all my question and concerns regarding my truck!! Drove home great!! Will definitely be back!! Thanks again Tyler!! Best of luck on your new business!!!

If I could give a negative star rating this business would get one. Total RIP OFF big time! When we took our daughters pickup in for new brakes and to get rotors turned on it they called and said the seals were leaking in the rear end. That was fine we told them to go ahead and fix it. Came time for the bill and they charged $67 for three quarts of oil and triple the price on the seals themselves. $100 for shop incidentals. The really bad part that burned us the worst was when we went to another local business to get a belt for the pickup, we were talking about how expensive oil had gotten and asked how much it was there. They said "Funny! That guy just called and asked us how much we were selling that oil for!" They sell it for $13 a quart!! They looked the price of the seals up for us to and it was 1/3 LESS then what was on the bill for us! We would not have minded paying a little more for the parts and expected to pay high labor costs but this was just a total rip off and Greenes has lost long time customers over this. We will never go back and anyone else we know we will tell them that this place is a total rip off too. Do not take anything to them, go to the Ford dealership as the price there to do the same work was quoted a little cheaper to begin with but we have always gone here to get this type of work done but we will not be back ever again. Greed is all this place is about anymore!
