The Belle Chasse post office is great! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. They’ve done an amazing job and keeping things going during this pandemic. They’re super busy so it’s best to get there early to avoid long lines.
USPS ranks high on my list of gov’t agencies that are extremely effective and efficient at what they do. In fact, no other logistics company even comes close.

Is there any possible way that I can get a contact nr to get in touch with management at this particular postal office? I need to submit a complaint about how I have been treated telepathically while calling from a international destination, being concerned about packaged that I have paid for being returned to sender. The lady who answered the phone "Karen" is possibly the most rude person I have ever came in contact with. Any help?

Hate this post office. If it rains or its too cold, I don't get mail. I was an employee of a post office in another parish where things were done properly. This post office is just awful!

The staff is VERY rude - but I have the best mail lady out there.

Mr. Arendt is the best mailman. He goes out of his way to make sure his customers get the RIGHT mail and packages. ALL of the other mailmen (women) deliver other's mail to the wrong people. It's not our job to find the right residence to deliver THEIR mail. Mail contains important documents, as well as bulk. Please do something about this.

we live on base and have locked mail boxes. someone from this post office was stealing our mail and cashing our checks! the mail person also refuses to bring anything that we need to sign for to the door.

They lost a package of mine and then kept avoiding me. Tracked it all the way to them and then they said it got delivered but it didn't. Their customer courtesy is horrible, only actually been in the post office twice, but both times they were rude to me and just threw my mail. So disrespectful. Pretty sure they need some new management!!!

Closed po box for no reason and cost me a lot of money by doing so!!!!
