bad customer service and rude!!!

I called to get info on what could be done about my car ignition problems. Mr. Garcia told me what he would do. My friend went the next day to take care of this. Mr Garcia denied the solution. Then proceeded to provide the solution he had denied. He was very wishy washy on the cost and acted like it was too much trouble and didn't want the business. He was very RUDE!! He lost our business and we will tell our friends. I went to a lock smith in Los Lunas instead!
