Provided by SuperpagesUnfortunately I have no opinion on their work but I do on their customer service. I got their number from the manufacturer of my dryer. I first called asking if they work with appliances from the brand of my tumble dryer and a very nice lady answered yes and asked for my information. Soon later a gentleman called saying he could not service the dryer because they do not work Baltimore locations. I explained I could take the dryer there and he replied negatively with a different reason, now mentioning he did not have enough technicians and that he would just not service my dryer, said good bye and hung up. What was the real reason for this answer I never knew, just got a terrible experience as a customer with this business. I hope they treat other potential customers in a different way.
