Donald Arnold has been practicing law in Bel Air since 1986. Mr. Arnold is authorized to practice in all state, federal trial and appeals courts in Maryland. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar and became authorized to practice law in all Maryland State courts 1986, U.S. District Court of Maryland(Federal) 1987, U.S. Fourth Circuit Court(Maryland) 1991 and the U.S. Supreme Court 1993.
