Loved this place!
I woud drive the hour+ from my home in another town to use their services. I LOVED my pedicure,
and they fit me in even though they were packed.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! Shocking that this place is still open. Please read 'ALL' reviews for both Domani and their ugly cousin Skin Secrets MedSpa in White Marsh. If you give these people any of your money you are sure to get burned - literally and financially. I am totally amazed that the owner is allowed to keep this scam joint open. Chris Cadwallader is listed as the owner of Skin Secrets Medspa on their Better Business Bureau profile which, by the way, gives them a rating of F.

Great place

I had a pedicure and had my hair done. The pedicure was

awesome!The girl literally massaged my feet and legs

for a long time....so relaxing! I had my hair done by Victoria,

and she is FANTASTIC! She did my cut & color. I would

highly reccommend her!

I'm so picky, I haven't syaed with a stylist for more than 2-3 visits, until I came to Domani Studios. No more stylist hopping for me, this is a great salon, very, very talented people that know how to make me look good. For that reason alone, I'll keep coming back.

Talented stylist. I went to Domani for the first time on Saturday. I will be returning. I got so many compliments on my hair. The color and cut were terrific. I decided to leave my other salon behind, they kept raising the prices too high, but the quality of the service was not worth it. Domani was worth every penny.

My visit to Domani spa was worth writing about. I tried them out after seeing the ad on you tube. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, and made me feel very welcome. My stylist was very friendly also. She did a great job with my color and cut. I expected to pay a lot more, the prices are reasonable. I plan on going back.

I am very impressed with Domani Salon. The woman at the front desk was so nice, everyone was nice. The services are top notch. I had root color and some highlights put in. I needed a change from my old salon. I am happy I found Domani. I will definitely be back.

Great new place to go. The people are all very friendly. The service is very good. My cut and color were very good. I also had a facial for the first time, it was fantastic.

I've been coming here for months, they've done a grat job keeping my bob nice and chic. I've had them straight my hair a couple times, too - they make it so sleek and shiny, it always looks great when I leave Domani!

This is the only place to go for hair coloring. I love the highlights they put in - everything looks great, the color is stunning, the highlights are just right. I hate places that give you chunks of highlights, instead of simple, small streaks of lightness. They do an amazing job here and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been here many times to have my hair highlighted and the girls here always do an amazing job with it! I cannot count the number of place I went before finding this salon - and never was really happy either with the service or the results, until coming here. Everyone has been friendly and chatty with me, no problems with their customer service or the great work they do.

BEWARE!! They lie about their products and services to get your money then when you are unhappy with the results they tell you too bad! I paid for 3 laser hair session under the impression they had a Candela Laser. Had my first treatment it didn't work. I contacted the owner she kept putting me off. I called the laser company and they informed me she did not have one of their lasers she in fact had a cheap laser that is not even used for laser hair removal! She lied, took my money and now will not make it right. I would never EVER go to that salon again. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I made an appointment to get my hair straightened using a Groupon. I received a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment telling me that, not only did they have my appointment time wrong, but the person who was supposed to do my hair was sick and they had to cancel. I explained that I had driven over an hour to get to the place and that I was about five minutes away, and the woman said that "life happens" and that as I "went through life" I would eventually learn this lesson. I calmly told her that I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided and she became nasty and attacking, claiming that I was "unreasonable" and would need to learn to deal with disappointments in life. She said that they got my time wrong because they have had a busy week and that wasn't their fault. When I told her that I would be leaving a negative review, she said to "go right ahead" and that she would "just have it removed" something she claimed to have "done before".



I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I am honestly amazed that the woman had the nerve to speak so nastily to a customer given that I never raised my voice, and the most negative comment I made was "I'm really disappointed with the customer service I am receiving." I will never use this company's services and will be cautioning everyone I know in the area against going here.

Great place. Pretty and modern. The people are very nice and professional and pamper you. I felt very welcomed. The services are great. They offer everything from A-Z. I will recommend them to everyone. My hair color looks amazing and the cut is great.
