not my first choice to go, staff not always the best and some know less about their products then I. prices of products and quality same as other stores in county so nothing new there. seems to be hang out for young folks too which at times can be interesting. if you can shop on line

Had them come out to clean my stove. Took them about 45 minutes. They pulled the unit from the fireplace and vacuumed behind the insert wall. Not to my surprise they found a ton of stink-bugs, as well as, a ton of ash. My initial concern was the burned smoke odor coming from the stove. That smell is gone, and now I can smell the scent of the pellets. They seemed to have done an overall good job. My only concern is that the glass is still getting dark after a few hours of use; I was hoping the cleaning would have improved upon that issue, my understanding is that it should have. But, perhaps the darkening of the glass is being caused by something else. Anyway, i was satisfied with the cleaning. I'll give them 3 3/4 stars.

The stove I got is nice, but they forgot to bring the manual and the thermostat that came with it so I had to pick it up and they also told me how to install the thermostat. When I got the thermostat, it did not have any wires and I had no clue what I was doing. I called and I have emailed several times for someone to come out and FINISH the install and explain some things to me I read in the book, but as of a week later, no response. Once they have all of your money, I guess there is no customer service. It says on the webiste Jason, the owner is always there to answer any questions, but apparently not. One star and that is for the stove ONLY.
