I made a reservation for the bar since I was by myself. I got there and waited 10 minutes to be asked if anyone has helped me. I told her I had reservation at the bar. That was met with a deer in the headlight look. She kinda told me to pick a seat and left. No bar tender so I sat for 20 minutes before I asked a server if there was any server for the bar. She said no but she would take care of me. She did and was obviously running because of under staffing. Why put someone on a seat and walk away? I guess divine intervention was expected. Aside from the poor reception the food was excellent. Thanks Angela for saving the day.

My husband and I went to this place to try it out for the first time. We were very pleased with the food. When we were finished with our meal we paid our server and told her that the change was her tip. After a few minutes she came back and threw the change on the table and with a very nasty voice she said here is your change! My husband and I were very shocked by the servers actions since she had been very nice to us during our entire meal. We went to the owner of the place to talk to her and her name was Antainette. As we told Antainette what had happen she seemed to listen to us. We showed her the ticket so she could see the servers name. Then she reached over and opened the door before we were done talking to her. My husband and I took that as her saying, "Ok you told me, now get out!" My husband and I think that she thought we were to cheap on the tip. When we saw the bill we thought it was very high and the tip we left was all we could afford. We had talked about coming back to this place until we were treated the way were. Now we do not think we will go back.

Great Italian food , service, price. Recently remodeled and the ambiance is appropiate. Best antipasto salad in the Metro area. Ample parking and easy to get to. They make a great veal saltimboca.

Authentic Italian! The restaurant is family owned and ran. Mom is up front greeting and seating people. The sons are in the kitchen cooking. Their daughter is serving. Some of the best food I've ever had!

when my husband and i finally had a chance for a night out, we chose napolli villa because of a recent review in the newspaper. there was a coupon so i figured why not! the ambiance was very nice-candles, murals, etc. our service was great! there was a pretty large party there and yet we were still served very quickly-even when the server told me that the dish i chose would take a half hour to cook. we had our appetizers in record time and our salads and dinners very shortly afterward. we had a great night out and really enjoyed this restaurant. the food was some of the best i have ever eaten and it was just as good when i reheated the leftovers! i highly recommend it!

I got engaged there in 1972 and have been going back on our anniversary ever since. this will be our 32nd anniversary and we wouldn't think of spending it anywhere else. The food and people have always been great and the price is very good also. Thank you for making this a wonderful tradition in my family...Mrs. A. Patterson If you need any thing else let me know./
