Yes, an honest mechanic still exists in this world. We have taken all our vehicles to American Auto and Tire for the last couple of years. Their work is efficient and reasonably priced. I'm am amazed sometimes at how fast they get our vehicle back to us. David Pruitt has always shown himself to be a kind man who will not gouge your pocket book.



Here's one example of their work: My car's security system went crazy one morning--the engine acted strangely and the horn honked repeatedly as I drove through town. Mr. Pruitt figured out in less than two minutes that it was a bad battery, after another place had told me the battery checked out fine. He simply told me the price he sold a battery for and said to check around town because someone might sell it to me at a better price. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. I decided to buy the battery from him to reward his kindness, and he has been our mechanic ever since.

We put a jar of fuel system cleaner in it, and we were good to go. These guys are a class act, and understand karmha. You can trust them
