My car was brought in Wednesday night for a flat tire. Today is Tuesday. Not only did the company attempt to place a mismatched tire on my car but when questioned stated he could not get the tire that matched the other 3. I have had the inconvenience of traveling to pick up the proper tire and bring it to this company. The service is not only poor but the communication is none. I ask why he didn't call me on Thursday to let me know the tire needed he could not find. Really? I have rented a car and told on 2 different occasions my car was ready. I have NEVER experienced such poor service. Will never bring my car to this shop again. Wish I would have taken the time to read reviews before having my car towed to this shop.

I took My F-150 in for an oil change. It took 1 hour for the oil change. I looked at the sales ticket when i got home and noticed that the oil was priced at 5 quarts for $2.60 each, my F-150 needed 6 quarts. The extra quart was priced at $5.00 . I guess the extra quart is twice as good??? since it was twice a much??? I called the store and talked to the manger, and asked him why the over price for the extra oil. he said that was the way the computer prices it. he said that he could not refund the over charge amount. Needles to say that will be the last time I go to lambs. Please look at your sales ticket before you over pay.

This past weekend my daughter;s car was broke down and I couldn't help her get it started. So I called Lamb's in Bee Caves and the gentleman who answered was more than willing to help her himself. They helped her jump her car and followed her to their store. After a battery and a free check up on the house after going to help her, my daughter was on her way. This was a load off my shoulders and a big plus in my book. Thanks to all the guys that helped! I'll be back soon.
