Mike was great! The company first called to tell us he had some time to come early, then he got started right away. He gave us some great information as well, I wish I could give 10 stars!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! They have been out to my house 6 times charged me close to 1300 dollars and didn't help get rid of our pest at all. Waste of time and money going with them!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We use this company for a mole problem in which they charged us $399 and the problem was never resolved.

My experience with Mid Cities Pest Control has always been great! Most recently, David Flores came and proved to be one of the best servicemen they have sent yet. He is very knowledgeable and a man of integrity. He did a great job and I would recommend him and MCPC! Thanks so much David!

I began using Mid-Cities Pest Control (MCPC) in early 2011 for my quarterly pest control. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. I met their technician David. He seemed very knowledgable and patient and I felt he would be a good guy to work with my elderly, sometimes difficult mother. In 2012, I signed her up for quarterly pest control as well. In February of 2013, I noticed some red whelps on my mother's arms and discovered bugs in her bed. I called MCPC and they sent out a technician who confirmed that my mom had bed bugs. I was told bed bugs were not covered under my quarterly pest control service and it would be an additional $600.00 (including a "discount") to treat them. I called two other pest control services who said it would be approximately $500-$700 for them to treat for bed bugs so I asked MCPC to perform the service. At the time. I knew nothing about bed bugs. They performed their service. Because it was so badly stained, I decided replace the box springs. The MCPC technician said the treated mattress would be okay to continue to use and they recommended that we throughly clean the bed linens making sure the dry cycle temperature was on high for at least 20-30 minutes. We followed their instructions.



Four months later I noticed more red whelps on my mothers arms. I called MCPC who sent out a tech who confirmed my mother once again had bed bugs. To my surprise I was informed that we only had a 60 day warranty on the first treatment. It would cost another $600.00 to re-treat and that the re-treat would only be warranted for 60 days. Shocked and appalled they would treat a loyal customer that way, I called in two other service providers who gave me two additional estimates - one for $600 with a six month warranty and another for $500 with a four month warranty. I also learned from the other providers that MCPC had not done enough and had not instructed us on how to prevent a re-infestation. I called David and expressed my displeasure and he agreed to talk to the owner of MCPC on my behalf. He called back and said that the owner was willing to give me a six month warranty but the price would still be $600. Because I had such admiration for David and the way he interacted with my mom, I agreed. I called MCPC and set up an appointment. I got a message later that afternoon that the owner had decided he couldn't give me a six month warranty at that price and I should go with one of the other providers. Needless to say, I am DONE with Mid-Cities Pest Control and will do everything I can to share my experience with others.



I have since hired another provider who did a MUCH more thorough treatment of a much larger area of the house for $600 with a six month warranty. They will also be providing me with my quarterly pest control. I will do a separate report on them.

Mid Cities Pest Control saved my house from termites. David is the best! He has intelligence and integrity, and worked tediously and tirelessly to exterminate my home. He was precise in his work, and knew exactly where to find the termites. My home was left in great condition. Their price was very fair, and their follow-up was immediate to be sure the job was done to satisfaction.

Great service and effective treatment! They are always on time or early. I would definitely recommend them!

After having problems with Orkin, a friend recommended Mid-Cities. The response to my request for service was prompt, effective, and not too expensive.
