I've been going to Lan's for years. I USUALLY receive very good service and my nails look great. However, its only fair to be honest with my rating. There have been times when they are busy and there's only two tech's in the salon & she's done a really crappy job on my acrylic nails because she's trying to hurry and finish with me to keep her next appointment from waiting. It irked me at the time because I've had to wait 20+ minutes before & she didn't appear to be rushing with the client ahead of me in order to get to me. Further irking me that she charged me the same price but my nail job was downright embarrassing. I went back after that & I continue going because as long as you have an appointment and you tip well you will normally get a really good nail job. The last time I called for an appointment the girl didnt write me down & I got a little irritated when I got there thinking oh no, I'll have to wait but they were able to get me right in. I've had some pedicures done there as well and it was great.
