We had a major drain clog in our shower on a Friday and I called 3 other company’s that said they wouldn’t get to it until the following Monday I called HEB and had Ron out to our residence in a couple of hours, not only was Ron very professional but gave us advice on how to maintain our drains and also replaced an outside faucet which was no small job we explained to Ron that we understood if he couldn’t get to it until later in the week being that it was Friday but he said it was no problem he would take care of it, he went above and beyond telling us exactly what we were looking at and stayed until the job was done and done right. This faucet was replaced not to long ago but with some shady work, Ron did it right!! and explained what was done wrong the first time! To bad there aren’t more people like Ron who takes pride in what they do! He even helped corral our run away dog!! for our future plumbing issues HEB is first on our list!!!

Ron was Awesome. He fixed my problem & was really fair & professional. Thanks HEB plumbing!! Y'all are the best!!
